I’ve been buying this product for years. There’s nothing better for my skin. However, last year the pump mechanism of the 100ml bottle was defective. Absolutely nothing came out of the dispenser. I had to transfer it. When I complained, I was offered a new bottle, but the 100ml dispensers were already sold out at that time. So it wouldn’t have helped. Now I’ve ordered a 50ml bottle, already received it, and the same problem. I don’t understand it, it’s just annoying and frustrating!!
