Defensil® and rhamnose (Rhamnosoft) calm and help reduce redness, aloe vera hydrates and soothes, and macadamia nut oil, squalane and grape seed oil replenish lipids and retain moisture. Vitamin E protects, and the NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) binds and retains moisture. The cream contains no irritating or unnecessary additives and is fragrance-free.
