I am generally very satisfied with the Purifying Vital Balm. Unfortunately, this is now the second tube I haven’t been able to use up completely (despite trying everything possible), because the pump mechanism has broken and/or simply doesn’t dispense all the cream from the tube, leaving some behind. I find this very disappointing, as the cream isn’t exactly cheap. New packaging would be nice, otherwise it’s unfortunately a partial waste of money for me.

I frequently experience rosacea and occasional blemishes (over 50) and this cream is truly perfect. It provides sufficient moisture yet isn’t too heavy. Only in the (cold) winter do I use the slightly richer Rosea Calm Cream.
