I have been a loyal Schrammek customer for many years. I am actually very satisfied with the cream, but I no longer find the packaging of the products to be commensurate with the price. Unfortunately, the cream jar looks quite cheap compared to before. It is particularly bad with the cleanser and the toner. It’s happened to me twice already that the lid split in two after it fell on the floor. Very disappointing, considering the products are in the higher price range. Despite the products regularly getting more expensive, the packaging has unfortunately deteriorated. I also passed this on to my beautician.
